Description

Responsibilities: - Build, manage, and optimize Local Service Ads campaigns for real estate clients, driving lead generation and conversion. - Analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. - Stay up-to-date with Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to execute effective Local Service Ads strategies for clients. - Collaborate with a designated Google representative to understand how the product is changing first-hand and how that will impact our clients’ experience with our services. - Communicate campaign performance and insights to clients with customer service as a priority, as well as recommend ongoing optimizations and improvements. - Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner, working closely with the Operations team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Local Service Ads, Google Business Profile, or local SEO. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with clients even through challenging situations. - Demonstrated ability to understand and follow complex processes and SOPs. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. - Knowledge of Local Service Ads and Google Business Profile best practices and policies, as well as trends in the real estate industry. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in the real estate industry or a related field. - Familiarity with real estate lead generation and conversion strategies. - Experience with project management and workflow tools. - Understanding of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
