Description

The Role: As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management, profitability, and strategic direction of our acquired products. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the health of the portfolio through effective P&L management, maximizing customer retention, and driving cross-sell opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure these products continue to deliver value to our customers and that we grow alongside our install base with thoughtful transitions and cross sell opportunities to other product lines. Responsibilities: Oversee the entire lifecycle of acquired products, from ongoing support and maintenance to end-of-life planning. Manage the business impact of these products, ensuring that revenue and margin targets are met and creating a clear line of sight into the revenue impact over a multi-horizon view. Develop and execute strategies to retain customers using these products, including enhancement plans, support initiatives, and customer engagement activities. Identify and leverage opportunities to cross-sell other products and services to existing customers within this portfolio. Lead the strategic planning and execution of end-of-life processes, including customer communication, migration paths, partner engagement and support transitions. Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding these products, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A technical background is strongly preferred. Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Developer, Solution/Sales Engineer, or similar role in a software development company. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you seek out data and opposing ideas to form the best picture of the path forward. You execute your work with no ego and are open to the best solution for the problem regardless of where the answer came from. You are solely focused on the outcome for customers and delivering it with integrity. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. A self-starter who can work independently, manage priorities, and deliver impact for customers and the business with minimal supervision—willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Assets: Experience with document processing technologies, SDK or API products, or other developer-focused products and related domains is a plus. Previous work with a developer-focused product or company. Benefits: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive extended benefits package including health, dental and vision for you and your family, with company paid offerings. 401K savings program with company match. A great team environment and resources, supporting you to do the best work of your life and providing unlimited career growth potential. Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial environment. Annual recurring WFH allowance for you to purchase items you need for your home office. Ongoing support for learning development so you can master your craft. Work with the hardware you're most comfortable with (Windows or Mac). Diverse and inclusive workplace where we all learn from each other.
