Description
Are you a recent STEM graduate or international graduate student based in the US looking to launch your technology career? inSpring is the largest and fastest growing talent mobility partner of emerging technology talent across the U.S. solving the technology talent Gap through its talent sourcing, training and placement services, and we are looking for talented individuals who are motivated to learn and grow with our customers looking for tech talent for Azure Cloud Engineers (Admin/Developer/Support)
By qualifying for the inSpring Launchpad Program you will receive upskilling in-demand skills with the goal of placement at our hiring partners. During the program you will receive a variety of technical and soft skills training including:
Qualifications Required for Launchpad Program:
-STEM degree from an accredited US university
-A strong desire to learn Azure Cloud Platform
-Object-oriented programming revision
-Data structures and algorithms
-Software engineering principles
-Testing and debugging
-A natural problem-solving ability
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team
-The willingness to relocate anywhere in the US
-3.0 GPA or more
-1-2 years of work experience prior to graduation
Launchpad Program/ Training (4-6 weeks)
During the training period you will receive upskilling on:
-Project based Agile development
-Cloud computing (Azure Fundamentals)
-Relevant tools required for a future role as a cloud developer
-Microservices and event driven architecture, Containerization, CI CD DevOps knowledge, Security (IAM), serverless computing, storage & database management, knowledge of logging and monitoring tools.
-Interview Prep
-Resume Prep & Support
-Customer facing persona and communication skills
-Immigration knowledge assistance if required F1 to H1B and GreenCard
-Certification test preparation and career coaching
The training will be delivered by experienced software engineers seasoned trainers, and it will be hands-on and project based. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects sponsored by inSpring hiring partners, and you will be mentored by experienced engineers.
