Job Description:
Our Enterprise Product organization is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team. The UX team supports dozens of browser-based applications for internal users, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. We do not design mobile or consumer-facing UIs.
The ideal candidate has deep experience designing internal enterprise tools within a design system. They have a proven ability to simplify complex workflows into user-friendly UIs using repeatable patterns and templates.
The successful Designer needs to be an effective communicator and an active relationship-builder. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity and iterating quickly when scope and requirements are fluid.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders
- Produce relevant documentation, including user flows, site maps, and slides
- Use Figma to create user-friendly hi-fi designs leveraging enterprise-grade patterns and templates; produce interaction prototypes for handoff
- Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products
- Eloquently present design solutions to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years professional experience designing enterprise-facing products using Figma
- Professional experience working within design systems, especially Material Design, Angular Material, and React Material. Experience with Accessibility and SaaS design systems including Salesforce, SAP Fiori, and ServiceNow a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent field
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)
- A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes (Must include link in resume or application)
- Must be able to work Eastern Time
