Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Product Designers at Braze have the freedom to work on all aspects of the user experience, with particular strength in at least one area of user experience, or service design — user research, user flows, wireframing, diagramming, interaction design, rapid prototyping, design documentation, or motion design, to name a few examples. As a Senior Product Designer on COMPI you will drive composition unification across our Channels teams yet also support our Lead Designer with feature work.
You’ll primarily be working on defining and designing patterns within our composition experience, and enabling other Channel designers to leverage this work for consistency. You’ll also be designing high impact features within this product area in partnership with the COMPI Lead Designer and cross-functional peers. Collaboration will be essential in this role, as you’ll work closely with designers across our UX organization to ensure we have high quality, consistent experiences across our core workflows.
Your responsibilities will include:
Defining and documenting composition patterns, especially the editor experiences
Collaborating on strategic projects with COMPI’s Lead Designer
Working closely with COMPI leadership on OKRs and annual planning
Leading design reviews, ensuring quality and consistency are at the forefront
Actively consulting and engaging with various teams, ensuring our composition experience is unified and best-in-class
Taking charge of the composition experience from a systems perspective, and partnering closely with our design system team to ensure the latest patterns and visual design language are utilized
Working alongside product managers, UX researchers, engineers, and designers, you'll play a central role in shaping our composition experience within both Canvas and Campaigns
