We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's online sales and presence, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving revenue growth through various digital channels. Responsibilities: - Develop and manage technical projects for our website utilizing Adobe Commerce. - Integrate various ERP systems and software (such as Hubspot) with our e-commerce platform to ensure seamless data synchronization and enhance business processes. - Maintain and enhance website functionality, including user interface, site navigation, and layout. - Collaborate with Director of Operations to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Implement security measures to protect the website and customer data from potential threats. - Monitor website performance, analyze traffic data, and execute strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates. - Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and e-commerce best practices to continuously improve the platform. Technical Skills Required: - Proficient in Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento) with a strong understanding of its architecture, -best practices, and customization capabilities. - Experience with ERP integration, preferably with knowledge of popular ERP systems (Epicor/Profit 21 experience a plus) - Strong programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Knowledge of database management, particularly MySQL. - Experience with API development, management, and integration. - Familiarity with version control tools such as Git. - Understanding of SEO best practices and their implications on e-commerce. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web applications and infrastructure. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - At least 6 years of experience in web development and e-commerce management. - Proven track record of developing and managing large scale e-commerce sites using Adobe Commerce. - Demonstrated experience with ERP integration and managing the complexities involved. - Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
