Description
How You Will Make an Impact:
Execute strategic initiatives to drive DailyPay sales and adoption into your designated franchise brands
Coordinate with and manage relationships with sales counterparts at our existing channel partners to drive DailyPay sales
Manage strategic initiatives with our partners including sales training, joint-press campaigns, case studies, webinars, etc
Coordinate go-to-market activities for your franchise brands (events, lunch and learns, webinars, etc)
Analyze and review the performance of lead generation and sales into your designated brands, including financial analysis for QBR sessions
Support strategic enablement and sales initiatives with our partners and internal sales leadership
Represent DailyPay at franchise and partner events and conferences
What You Bring to The Team:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with franchises systems
Knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques for selling complex and compliant solutions
Outstanding organizational and people skills
Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to maintain strong relationships and reach resolutions
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in sales/business development/strategic partnerships with a
bonus if you've intersected with franchises
Nice to Haves:
Experience selling goods or services into franchise systems
Knowledge of HCM/payroll
