Description
Responsibilities:
- Interview consumers and work with partner teams to surface qualitative and quantitative insights to shape the product roadmap, messaging, and positioning.
- Conduct user research and work with internal teams – from Product Management to Client Services, Sales, and Marketing – to define the target audience for your product.
- Work with Analytics to clearly define and measure the customer journey, customer engagement, and hero metrics that align with positive outcomes for customers and the business
- Drive go-to-market strategies, including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, creative messaging, channel and budget optimization
- Partner with Customer Success to intake client feedback and incorporate into product and marketing roadmaps
Your Expertise
- A strategic thinker. Ability to analyze a lot of inputs and synthesize prioritized strategy and plan. Experience working closely with product, design, and engineering to inform and influence the product strategy.
- A storyteller. You empathize with users and know how to craft a narrative and bring it to life – internally to drive change and externally across marketing channels (owned, paid, earned).
- A researcher. Have deep empathy and clearly articulate customer pain points through qualitative and quantitative research, and develop product and marketing solutions that meet those needs
- Skilled at brand marketing. You are skilled at naming, positioning, packaging, and messaging. - You can write clear and compelling briefs.
