Description
You will:
- Lead creation and execution of Layer3's product design (& some branding)
- Proactively drive and conduct user research to improve products
- Establish a design organization from the ground up, building best-in-class web & mobile applications
- Solve novel user interaction issues related to cross-chain applications
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, mocks, and interactive prototypes to help define the best solutions
- Ensure the products we ship are consistent with our design and branding standards
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of product design experience
- You love Figma
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellence and passion for design
- Strong visual communication skills
- Basic knowledge of web3
