Description
The role
As one of the founding engineers, you'll own the entire engineering stack for Synthesize.
You'll work directly with our Founder play a key role in the direction and architecture of our technology, and gain exposure to every functional part of the organization
You'll help us take our prototype and decide what to rebuild, keep or refactor in order for us to deliver on our value to our users
You'll interface with our customers directly and help shape the future of the product by helping them use the product you help build
You'll mentor other engineers
Who you are
Someone who likes solving complex, data-focused engineering challenges
Built integrations with b2b applications before (like Salesforce, Stripe, QBO, Workday)
Can navigate engineering tradeoffs between quality vs speed
Humble, responsible, outcome-oriented person
Our stack is nextJs, typescript, postgres, node and ruby so knowledge in these technologies is required
