What you will do: Own & execute archblock’s marketing strategy Understand our customers within our target segments and ensure our website focuses on what is important and aligns to their needs Develop targeted messaging and positioning informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding. Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product managers, engineering, design, and other marketers—to develop compelling experiences on our website and social platforms Help develop, create, and promote the archblock brand, products and imagery Be responsible for managing, updating and maintaining archblock website and social media presence Help ideate and execute content ascension journeys for the various archblock customer segments Drive traffic to the website using paid and organic channels Build relationships with external agencies who will support our PR Strategy, expand our Media outreach, promote our message/content - (social media, blog, website, events) and assist in successfully executing product launches, Help implement the strongest content strategy in web3 Work hard and get "stuff "done while embracing and living our core values everyday. Requirements: 3-4 years experience in product marketing at fast growing startups and /or in Fintech environment Wide variety of marketing skills and eagerness to work across multiple fronts each day You are a great storyteller, and writer: you can slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive summary Ability to create and maintain quality websites Ability to work with minimal guidance, be proactive, handle uncertainty, and embrace the challenge of quickly evolving goals True believer in the ethos of quality content above all else Bonus points for:- Experience in Crypto space with web3 acquisition and engagement metrics & strategies Demonstrated experience in community building Experienced developing and executing paid marketing strategies on social media and search engines Knowledge/awareness of regulatory/ compliance and legal requirements within our space
