What You’ll Do: Build Ambience into the leading brand in healthcare AI that is recognized and trusted by providers and health system executives Accelerate Ambience’s top-of-funnel pipeline generation within our ideal customer profile Increase win rates and accelerate conversion Architect and drive conference strategy, webinars, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing Partner with product teams to create compelling white papers, case studies, one-pagers, blogs, and other collateral to accelerate our sales motion Coordinate and project-manage freelancers and/or agencies to drive excellent outcomes on accelerated timelines Who You Are: This position is ideal for someone with 6-10 years of B2B marketing experience who is looking to stand up and own the marketing function in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven environment Leader and a doer, who can roll up their sleeves and make things happen Demonstrated ability to thrive in environments with high levels of compexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity Demonstrated ability to resourcefully drive outsized outcomes, even on accelerated timelines and with startup-level resources Past experience with (or ability to quickly learn) the decision-making process within provider organizations Ability to articulate the value Ambience generates to multiple stakeholders within the decision making unit, from the individual provider through to the clinical leader through to the financial decision-maker Ability to tactically project manage PR and marketing freelancers and agencies Ability to execute an event and conference-based marketing strategy (>5 conferences per year) Ability to create materials (emails, white papers, case studies, one-pagers, blogs, and other collateral) with high quality content and visual polish Willingness to travel (approximately 6-8 conferences and events per year)
