Description
Responsibilities
•In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and support our business goals
•Developing wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows
Qualifications
•The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in designing ecommerce sites and digital assets that drive revenue growth, conversion rate lift, and engagement
•Collaborating with the marketing team and product managers to understand business requirements and user needs
•Designing landing page experiences alongside the Acquisition team that drive lift in conversion rate
•Evaluating and recommending existing website designs and work with the site team to propose new ways to improve the experience for the customer
•Staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
•Working closely with developers to ensure design concepts are implemented correctly
•Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
•Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
•Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills and experience designing for ecommerce sites and digital marketing campaigns
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and other design software
•Understanding of basic ecommerce strategy and how design projects fits into the bigger picture
•Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
