What You'll Be Doing: Tactical campaign development and expansion of existing paid search & paid social marketing campaigns; Using platforms such as Adwords, Bing, Linkedin, and Facebook. Performing in-depth analysis of campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met and to identify underperforming campaigns. Monitoring, tracking and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI and decrease CPA. Conducting keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns to maximize budget while hitting key business objectives such as SQLS and Closed wins. Ongoing paid keyword discovery and expansion. Building dashboards and automated reports for Analyzing and interpreting data across all paid media functions. Producing weekly campaign performance reports. Continuously researching and testing new ads and ad formats. Regularly analyzing competitors. Managing other relevant projects for the digital marketing team. Who You Are: At least 2+ years of Paid Search experience in Google/Bing for B2C/B2B and hands-on SEM campaign management. 2+ years experience in running paid social campaigns on platforms such as Linkedin & Facebook. 1 year of experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc. Experience running programmatic display ABM campaigns. Well-versed in B2B customer acquisition. Up-to-date knowledge of trends, best practices, and updates within PPC platforms. Extremely data-driven and the desire to measure, test, learn and improve to get the best results. Key focus on scaling high-quality leads within a budgeted CPA. Can effectively take ownership of, and report on, landing page optimization. Experience with pixel tracking implementation (such as Google Tag Manager). Strong ability for reporting and working with Excel/Google Sheets. Strong problem-solving and project management skills. Detail-oriented and deadline driven. Performance and growth-oriented mindset. Extremely self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Analytical mindset, natural curiosity, and out-of-the-box creative thinking. Ability to effectively communicate with the executive team. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
