Responsibilities & Duties

• Creation of re-usable, fully responsive content blocks and modules consistent with the Rock Hall brand.
• Development of customizations to theme elements, plugins, and WordPress core functions as needed.
• Back-end customizations to facilitate easy creation and management of content and design for non-technical page editors.
• Other design and development tasks as needed.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in web development, computer science, or has demonstrated comparable technical knowledge and success via work experience and/or technical certification tracks.
• A minimum of 4 years programming for web, software, or other interactive media.
• Solid understanding of modern content management systems and web technologies.
• Portfolios/ samples of work are required to be considered.
