Role Description
We’re looking for an exceptional Inclusion and Engagement Partner to join us in building and scaling our people initiatives. We’re a small team working earnestly to build a diverse and inclusive culture at Dropbox. You will be responsible for the long-term planning and execution of strategic inclusion and engagement initiatives for our Global Commercial Organization (GCO), General and Administrative (G&A) teams. You will serve as a champion, strategic partner, and thought leader in the inclusion and employee engagement space by staying informed of best practices, bench:
marks, competitors and developing relevant approaches that are aligned with Dropbox’s purpose, principles and values. You will be a crucial partner to business leaders, our human resource business partners (HRBPs) and the recruiting team. We are looking for someone who is strategic and inventive, as well as great at tactical implementation and operational excellence.
Your role and impact:
Our ideal candidate will have experience building and driving Inclusion and Engagement strategy and the demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced creative environment. Additionally, they will have the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assess legal risk, implement inclusion and engagement best practices and partner closely with HRBPs meet high client expectations.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR and and/or DEI experience working cross functionally in a corporate environment
- 5+ years of DEI People Analytics experience
- Experience supporting Global Commercial Organization (GCO) and General & Administrative (G&A) teams
- Proven success influencing the senior-most levels of leadership with compelling data-driven storytelling
- Ability to work autonomously, able to influence leaders, build and implement solutions
- Internal or external consulting experience with client service orientation
- Experience in project/program management
- Excellent written and verbal communications along with presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into strategy
- Strong expertise and understanding on how the DEI space is changing and the need to align with potential changes in how we recruit, develop and retain talent
- Ability to navigate a highly scrutinous legal landscape
- Proficiency in people analytics metrics and reporting using tools like Qualtrics and Tableau
- Proven influencing and relationship building skills with internal and external partners and people from various backgrounds and cultures
