Description

Storable, the leading provider of self-storage technology, is looking for a Sales Executive with a unique skill set focused on relationship management. In this role, you will be using a defined sales process to identify prospects and their needs and selling a cloud-based point of sales solution to self-storage facility owners and managers. We value candidates who can quickly grasp new concepts, are open to change, and have a solid problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as is a proven track record in client service. We seek individuals with high integrity, self-starting capabilities, a strong work ethic, and a high energy level. What You'll Do: Manage, maintain, and retain accounts within an assigned book of business, ensuring consistent engagement with operators. Act as an advocate for operator success, aiming to reduce churn and proactively address issues. Ensure that operators have the necessary resources available to succeed within the Storable ecosystem, utilizing self-service collateral, training materials, and performance reporting. Document details of identified opportunities to ensure accurate and timely follow-up on opportunities, leads, and prospects. Accurately forecast attainment on a monthly and quarterly basis. Support specific marketing programs, lead generation campaigns, and targeted sales activities. Constantly strive for self-improvement and possess the curiosity to stay abreast of industry and market trends by utilizing various research organizations, sales books, and collateral. What You'll Need: 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience. Bachelor’s Degree. Experience selling to all levels of management. Experience with Google Apps and Salesforce.com Self-motivated and able to work at a fast pace. Have demonstrated success in relationship management within the storage industry. Tech-savvy with the ability to understand, interpret, and present data with a consultative approach. Quick grasp of new concepts, openness to change, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to actively listen for understanding and influence outcomes. Proven track record of providing excellent client service. High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic, and a high level of energy.
