Position: Head of Growth
Location: fully remote (10% travel)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and resilient Head of Growth to join our client’s startup team. This is a full-time remote position and exciting ground floor opportunity where you will be reporting directly to the CEO. The successful candidate will play a crucial role as our client embarks to their next phase of growth in the mental and physical health industry. You will play a pivotal role in driving potential exponential growth and will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategy plans. Over the past two years, our client has has experienced incremental growth and anticipate significant exponential expansion this coming year with a laser focus on sales and revenue growth.
As Head of Growth, you will have the freedom to think creatively, establish new processes and give input on prioritizing the company’s key objectives. With their dedicated team boasting extensive customer discovery and successful research and development endeavors, their vision runs deep. Responsibilities:
Efforts include lead generation, follow-up and account management, with a focus on upsell. You will become the point person for everything sales oriented.
You will be expected to be involved in the highest-level strategic planning and target-setting as well as debugging everyday issues. You need to be comfortable (even excited) about juggling multiple balls in the air.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Demonstrated success in expanding a company’s geographical presence across multiple states in a thoughtful and effective manner.
• Willingness to travel and represent the company in person.
• Excellent ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to present a professional image to potential partners, colleagues, and customers.
• Adaptability to accommodate new growth and embrace change.
• Fully competent in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
Preferred:
• Behavioral or Psychology background (helps to explain the power of the software).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations
• Proven track-record of growing a customer base of a startup in a leadership capacity.
Total Compensation: As the Head of Growth, you will receive a compensation package that evolves as we experience growth within our current contracts and onboard new organizations
$72k-$85k Base Salary (OTE $200k+) stock options (equity)
OTE (On Target Earnings) Details - you will be eligible for a robust percentage of sales revenue based on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), with an additional bonus of percentage of sales revenue for exceeding KPIs.
