ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level IT Professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a foundational knowledge of IT systems and a keen interest in technology and its application in a business environment. This role involves supporting internal users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and participating in various IT projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with initial IT experience to grow their skills and contribute to the effective functioning of our IT operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Provide first-level support for all IT-related issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology equipment.
Support the implementation of new IT systems and projects under the guidance of senior IT staff.
Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including hardware and software assets.
Help document IT procedures, configurations, and inventory.
Participate in IT security measures, including assisting with updates and patches for software and systems.
Collaborate with team members to identify and troubleshoot IT issues.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and IT best practices.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience: You have 0-2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a startup environment
Technical Skills: You have a strong technical background and are familiar with a wide range of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
Problem Solver: You excel at diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Communicator: You have strong communication skills and can explain complex technical topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
Proactive: You anticipate needs and act on them without being told.
Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can quickly pivot as priorities shift.
Team Player: You’re comfortable working in a small team and are willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
