The agenda for the event will consist of mostly networking and meeting others in the real estate industry with a short talk on the emerging technology, innovation, and trends in the Pittsburgh Real Estate Industry.
This event at the Pittsburgh Technology Council is being hosted by Ikos, Mighty, and Entre.
Our monthly events bring people together to openly discuss and share ideas with like-minded individuals. We welcome entrepreneurs of all types, start-ups of all sizes, industries and stages to join us in finding the inspiration, resources and friends that will make them successful.
Whether our members are just beginning to build a company, or are years into their venture, Entre aims to refer the best services available for helping them achieve their goals. We aim to work with sponsors and partners who share our vision in helping the start-up community grow and succeed.
Ikos is passionate about simplifying the rental process for both landlords and tenants. Co-founders Steven and Patrick started Ikos after experiencing first-hand the headaches that come with being landlords and renters.
We’re initially focusing on the most time-intensive aspect of leasing – the management of showings – and pairing that with previously unknown data and insights into rental markets. Our success rate tells us that we’re on to something.
MIGHTY is a mobile app that is transforming the Home Improvement Process. Using innovative technology MIGHTY is bringing quality, reliable trade professionals to home owners & real estate agents. By standardizing pricing and tracking demand, MIGHTY delivers a smooth, simple, and unparalleled experience.

Established by two local real estate agents with 12 combined years of industry experience, Brix promises to challenge traditional property management by delivering consistent, measurable, and unparalleled value to real estate investors.
For non-residential owners of single- and multi-family homes, the importance of reliable property management is undeniable. Brix’s founders — Jesse Wig and Justin Riapos — know this to be true from experience; in fact, they’re investors and longtime managers themselves. Driven by a shared passion for efficiency, honesty, and all things real estate, the Brix team aims to shift the real estate industry’s perception of property management — one strategically leased residence at a time.
