My name is Renè Malle... I am an individual with a wide variety of experience ranging anywhere from information technology to casualty, engineering and property underwriting, actuarial, cards and data analysis. I can look at a sea of ambiguous data and pull out statistical data and information to transform and enhance business. In addition, providing creative and innovative technology solutions for complex business ideas has primarily been possible due to having the ability to understand both stakeholders: business and IT. The general can-do approach and positive attitude enable me to become the solution-oriented professional I thrive to be. My analytical and conceptual thinking leads me to be a mixture of realist and visionary and lean towards optimism. My analytical nature leads me to first think about the challenge and study it from various angles but mainly I see the issue from the client’s perspective. I may seem dramatic, sensitive, and introverted, but then I am aggressive in pursuing my goals. Love the new and the original, change and variety. I am versatile and dualistic, have a logical mind as well as an imaginative one. My aptitude and a pragmatic spirit allow me to build on my experience and to establish myself well socially and professionally. I’m very sensitive to adulation but do not like the monotony, for me the method as much as the variety is important.
