Before launching my startup, I dabbled into multiple avenues of 0-1 product building & marketing. Among many things, I was proud to develop a methodology to measure the financial impact of negative online sentiment for an e-commerce company. It was fascinating to see how a single negative comment could affect the bottom line. Early on, I realized the power of understanding those subtle signals that reveal clients" hidden needs. This helped me develop a deep sense of empathy and a genuine understanding of clients" desires and challenges. I just love finding those unique solutions that make clients feel heard and understood.
