Prior to Alza, I worked with a Y Combinator startup that provided career development coaching and placed over 1000+ professionals across the tech industry, where I helped negotiate hundreds of thousands in compensation which led to a successful Series A financing round. While serving with Teach for America, I bootstrapped an Edtech platform, and exited within 24 months.
