I worked for IT consulting companies for the last 20 years, in close contact with customers at all levels from IT people to CXOs, covering both pre-sales and consultant positions. My experience ranges from start-ups as CTO reporting directly to the CEO to big multinational companies with a more complex management structure. I have covered the roles of Chief Solutions Architect, Project and Development Manager on customer engagements with exposure to full Software Development Life Cycle for products and projects focusing on Microsoft technologies, both on premise and cloud based. I have managed the design and development of a Contract Management product based on SharePoint, considering the set of basic features, road-map for the evolution of the product and the prioritization of features requested by customers. During the last two years I have specialized in Change Management, with focus on business scenarios and communication with the stakeholders in order to maximize the consumption and use of products and services. I am well versed in the use of virtualization technologies. I helped clients manage the changes to their internal processes in order to increase their efficiency. I have experience in managing projects following either the PMI or the PRINCE2 methodology, in both Agile and Waterfall environments, coordinating geographically distributed teams, and I am well disposed toward job travels.
