Hi, My name is Bonnie, the administration end of Berkley Custom & wife Samuel Berkley, owner of Berkley Custom. Sam"s literally a "one-man crew" experienced in everything "start~2~finish"(Framing, flooring,windows & doors,drywall / all phases, texturing, finish Carpentry, painting & even installation of faucets and fixtures ). Our long term goal is to flip houses & honestly live in one of the best places to do so. We believe in helping others as much as you can so we"ve done a lot of charity work, charity work doesn"t pay the bills though. Sam & I have worked together for over 7 yrs now. He was a business owner when I met him, he fell two stories in 2019 just a year & 1/2 into our relationship. He shattered several ribs and caught phenomena then his business tanked. 3 yrs later we were able to start saving to build a business together, then as life does, it threw us curve balls, my mom passed away a year after my baby brother and we found ourselves caring for my sister(my late brothers twin) & her 2 babies. We are, and will continue to work our way through it too. It must be the solider in him, thanks to the U.S. Army for making a hard working, unstoppable, perfectionist out of him. We are seeking a new customer base, serious investors into the market of real estate flipping, and open for business anywhere in Northeast Florida.
