Bio
I am an international lawyer with 5 years of experience, specializing in international taxes and cryptocurrency regulations worldwide. Upon graduating with honors from the Catholic University of Cordoba, I embarked on an incredible journey that surpassed my initial expectations. My role evolved to encompass a global perspective, where I conducted legal research to advise startups aspiring to launch worldwide. Commencing my career at Barrero & Asociados in Buenos Aires, I later joined the CFO team, gaining insights into U.S. taxation and regulation. Our focus was providing legal counsel to Latin American startups entering the U.S. market. Subsequently, I honed strategic planning skills and navigated international regulations at Melber Tax and Legal, a London-based international legal advisory boutique. While working at Melber, we started to collaborate with Digital Lawyers to offer specialized legal advice in crypto matters. In addition, I pursued a Master"s Degree in Blockchain and Fintech at IEBS Business School while working at Energi LTD as a community moderator, reinforcing the significance of community bonds across the globe. During my studies, I met my partner and joined La Papaya, a Colombian association dedicated to "cleaning the soul of the world" through concrete actions in the environment and a circular economic model. It was a transformative experience that allowed me to take concrete actions to care for our environment. Last but not least, at the beginning of 2024, I started working as a freelancer under my own brand, CipherLaw, which is currently under development. While focusing on crypto regulation and international tax law, I am expanding my services to include token design solutions and more.
