Currently, I serve as Principal of Innovation & Transformation at ClearObject, where I help industrial and tech companies turn complex operations into intelligent, data-driven systems. I also teach Entrepreneurship at Butler University, guiding the next generation of founders through the messy, exhilarating process of turning problems into ventures. Before joining ClearObject, I spent over a decade driving corporate innovation and digital transformation at Rolls-Royce, launching global programs, delivering nine-figure cost savings, and rethinking what’s possible when creativity meets engineering discipline. As a lifelong entrepreneur, I’ve founded multiple ventures including Embark EMR, Build TBD, and PracticePartner.AI, all built around one obsession: translating ideas into impact. I’m fueled by insatiable curiosity, relentless experimentation, and a large collection of expensive sheets of paper (degrees) that somehow turned out to be useful. Whether I’m in a boardroom, classroom, or workshop, my mission is the same: make innovation practical, profitable, and human.
