Bio
Garrett began his career as a developer & computer science major from Cornell University, but transitioned into product management with General Electric’s CIO leadership training program in 2001. He moved up in GE until he reported to a CIO of a $255M net income business. He has helped get his products to the upper right quadrant of the gartner report, and more than doubled his company’s operating margin. With extensive experience in the financial services and ad tech / marketing tech industries, Garrett has managed teams of over 50 and budgets of over $30M at small, mid sized, and large companies including PwC and Google. More recently, Garrett started an award winning Food tech company called PlateRate.
