Hess is the chapter director of Startup Grind Cyprus, Co-founder of Sorxmedia Inc., founding member of JCI Larnaka, and the host at his show Hess Show. As a serial entrepreneur and startup consultant, Hess has been closely involved in various entrepreneurial projects. His contribution is to develop new products and scale and market them within industries. He also is active in constructing innovative marketing and DTC online advertising strategies. In 2016, he started his consulting practice with other startups on advancing and marketing business ideas and products through his award-winning "SockSeed" startup. He is now continuing his practice personally. In 2018, he co-established "Sorxmedia Inc.," a digital agency prospecting talented tech startups and entrepreneurs to develop their products or services. He helps these startups work out their go-to-market, media, and branding strategies. He also supports his network to go through funding rounds and persist with growth. Since 2020, Hess re-initiated the Startup Grind Cyprus chapter and has been running entrepreneurial and networking events to help the Cypriot startup ecosystem.
