I’m a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and the founder of 2ndPay, a real-time payroll and CRM platform built to help hourly workers get paid every hour they work—not weeks later. After serving in the Marines and working in emergency services and construction management, I became frustrated with how outdated and expensive payroll systems hurt both businesses and employees. I created 2ndPay to fix that—using blockchain-backed stablecoins and GPS verification to offer instant pay, CRM tools, and low-cost financial services. With support from Google Cloud and the VA’s Vocational Rehabilitation program, I’m now preparing to launch and actively building the future of how people get paid.
