Hi, I"m Liam! I accidentally became a recruiter quite a few years back and developed a knack for being able to tell the story of a business. It turns out I can get really emotionally invested in a business and this becomes a great asset for talking to prospective employees. Couple that with getting a kick out of finding the hard to find and you"ve got yourself a recruiter. The natural next step for me was in-house, it helped me take that emotional investment and turbo-charge it. Really, truly understanding a business, good and bad and being able to articulate it in a passionate way has definitely been an asset. Throw into the management of systems, data and people and you end up an all-round recruitment manager. Now, I"m looking to see if those skills are able to help other businesses develop.
