Hi, I’m Luke! I recently wrapped up 8 years as Chief of Staff and Employee #1 at a next-gen nonprofit working at the intersection of criminal justice and corporate accountability. During my time there, we saved families impacted by the legal system over half a billion dollars, changing the lives of more than 300,000 people. After stepping away from the screen for a bit, I’m excited to explore what’s next. I bring deep experience as a generalist across strategy, operations, fundraising, and org design — and I care deeply about how people work together to do hard things. I’m looking for meaningful work, thoughtful collaborators, and fresh ways to keep learning.
