I am a Co-CEO at Upliftful, a mobile app that levels the playing field for aspiring music entrepreneurs, and the youngest in the world PCC Certified Coach. I have over 10 years of experience in assessments, soft skills development, and strategic growth planning, working with diverse and multicultural teams across 40 countries. My passion is to bridge leadership and neuroscience for sustainable career growth and to help people identify and pursue their purpose. I have initiated and led global innovation projects, such as the first global Heidrick&Struggles hackathon, to increase employee engagement and source key talent across multiple levels of the organization.
