I assist mainly corporate entities, including international ones, from the business assessment phase to the draft of commercial contracts and the completion of regulatory forms up to the pathological phase of the business, dealing with all aspects of litigation. I"m part of Legal Hackers, a global movement of lawyers, policymakers, designers, technologists, and academics exploring and developing creative solutions to issues arising from the intersection of law and technology.
