Bio
I am a Spanish-speaking, Brooklyn, NY-based Researcher, Sustainable Strategist, and Inclusive Educator who takes a fearless approach to future-focused & ethically sustainable CX research & strategy. I use design methods to investigate complex systems, navigate social hierarchies, understand cultural mindsets, and mobilize communities for progressive systemic change. I have worked professionally in Spanish and a variety of creative software and possess key skills in group facilitation and project management from 15 years" experience working in the federal government and in higher education. I currently work with data collection & analysis to inform visual marketing strategy for clients in projects related to holistic well-being, participatory governing, and ethical sustainability. My professional passion lies in creative social impact projects that better facilitate the cultural overlaps and economic conversations between Central & South America and the US. I aim to cultivate my design practice in global networks in ways that enhance the client experience and continue facilitating the design process in educational opportunities. I am an enthusiast stilt-walker, long-distance runner, avid urban cyclist, and my work has taken me to over 20 different countries.
