Andrew is a new breed of entertainment and media executive, born at the heart of Hollywood’s digital revolution and equally fluent in the digital + linear worlds of entertainment, media and marketing. Andrew has focused much of his career on identifying many of the world’s most influential digital-native talent, cultivating + monetizing their audiences and partnering with leading publishers, advertisers and media companies to create many success stories in the burgeoning digital industry. In recent years, in his life as an agent, Andrew has also worked the other side of the aisle, helping bridge traditional A-list celebrities into the worlds of social and video. As one of the first talent managers in Hollywood focused on digital talent, Andrew co-founded the management division within Fullscreen, Inc., helping scale the business to forty 360-clients and eight talent managers before it was acquired by Otter Media/AT&T for a quarter of a billion dollars. In 2015 he co-founded Heard Well, a next-gen music media company, with his client Connor Franta. Heard Well now helps hundreds of influencers monetize their favorite music across Spotify and Apple Music. In April of 2016 he joined CAA as an agent in the Digital Media Group, helping the agency engage with digitally endemic talent as well as think through how to monetize the social footprint of traditional, A-list celebrities. As a thought-leader in the space, Andrew has converted numerous online personalities into offline NYT best sellers. He"s brokered tens of millions of dollars of market leading branded work with multinational companies. He"s forged and managed innovative partnerships between traditional A-list talent like Jimmy Fallon, Zac Efron and Will Smith and leading social platforms.
