I have worked in the manufacturing industry for over 10 years and have gained experience in leadership, quality, team management, staffing, continuous improvement, collaboration, and most importantly safety. I have had success in building cohesive teams, strong leaders, and awesome individual team members and have learned so much along the way. I love to bring energy, positivity, and forward-thinking to the work I do while maintaining a good business approach to execute the objectives of the organization and team. Though I have come a long way in the last 10 years, I have never doubted my ability and strength to do what I enjoy for a living. I’ve also been extremely lucky to have had so many great mentors, teachers, and coaches who have given me the tools and resources to succeed. Some of my professional interests are understanding concepts and theories related to leadership, behavior, culture, and self-awareness within the framework of an organization and how to utilize these factors to serve the common purpose of the organization. I am passionate about what I do, I enjoy leading and developing others to find their true potential to make an impact on the organization in which they serve.
