Neo is currently the Head of Technology at Klaytn Foundation leading the open-source R&D efforts of its blockchain protocols & technical ecosystem development and developer advocacy. Formerly acting as the Group Blockchain Lead at De Beers Group, Neo led the development and engineering effort of blockchain initiatives in value-chain traceability and digital asset development across the group of companies. He has been serving as Director of Technology at Oxford Blockchain Society, and technical advisor for UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies, blockchain-related startups and EC-Council as their Senior Member of their Global Blockchain Advisory Board and Cyber Research Editorial Board. Neo is also a full member of IET, IEEE and CIIS with research background in blockchain applications, distributed intelligent systems and sustainability innovations.
