Bio
As a graduate student- athlete at St. Thomas University, acquiring a MBA in International Business and Finance, I have acquired a plethora of skills that have adequately prepared me for future professional endeavors. I graduated with a Business Administration (Management concentration) Bachelor and Economics minor at Presbyterian College previously. Through courses such as Computer Applications in Business and Operations Management, I have acquired skills to efficiently use Excel to my advantage for class and professional projects. Familiarity and proficiency with Excel and similar software platforms allowed me to adapt in a work environment during internships such as in summer 2022 at NTSI in Fargo, ND. I additionally learned how to navigate R studio and SPSS through several classes, which enhanced my understanding and application of statistics efficiently. Marketing Research and Applied Statistics are specific courses which expanded my knowledge of these platforms and taught me to use these skills and apply them in professional environments. Having been raised in Bielefeld, Germany, but receiving an undergraduate education in the United States has aided in my bilingual abilities by not only being able to articulate myself in my native language, but also express my ideas in English with professional fluency. I hope to utilize my technological, lingual, quantitative analytical, and economical skills to pursue a career in international business. I am most attracted to careers in which I can use innovative ideas and strategies to cultivate socioeconomic development through foreign direct investments.
