Currently, I am working at LingoAce, an international tech company that develops a language learning software. Recently North America team received $180+ million in investments to expand the team. As recruiter, I play a crucial role of finding and hiring personnel for different departments. I am proficient in 4 languages and can comfortably communicate with multi-cultural candidates and break the ice and negotiate easily. I am also deeply familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, Greenhouse, Ooleo, Workable, Boolean Search and can quickly adapt to new ATS.
