An AOP in Pakistan consists of: 1. Two or more individuals in a partnership. 2. Individuals in a cooperative business. 3. A group of individuals who operate a business together without the benefit of incorporating their operation as a company. To legally operate, open a business checking account, hire and terminate employees, and file their taxes, the AOP must register with the competent authority.
