I am a humanist by nature. I am also an entrepreneur, sales and business development expert, coach, mentor, writer, artist and TEDx speaker. I have over 24 years of real on the ground experience of sales, business and product development, business strategy, people and business management, business consulting and personal development coaching. I have served in various leadership positions in one of East Africa’s largest Internet companies, where I built an innovative and successful telecom business by playing a pivotal role in improving technology and connectivity in Tanzania and quite possibly the East African region. In 2017 the Tanzanian business was bought out by the biggest technology company in Africa. I am currently involved in digital marketing, business consulting, software development, digital platforms, personal development and business coaching while still working for a telecom and technology company.
