Tyree Jakes is a Videographer, Photographer, Editor, & Entrepreneur. With a B.A. in Telecommunications focusing on Digital Video Production from Ball State University, Tyree has experience in all three phases of production. He is also the owner/creative director of the visual production company Pathway Prodigies. His skills include video/photo editing, motion graphics, cinematography, photography, audio editing, social media marketing, data analytics, journalism, and writing. With over five years of knowledge in professional editing and cinematography, his experience includes internships with production companies, job shadowing news companies such as WSBT South Bend, writing and filming for the Ball State Daily News, freelancing photography, videography and graphics, playing the role of Senior Editor for short films and documentaries, being apart of the Video Team for the Ball State Digital Corps, playing the role of Photographer/Editor/Public Relations for the National Association of Black Journalists, creating his own production company Pathway Prodigies, and much more! He enjoys working in the creative field and has a passion for visual promotion for both large and small companies.
