Keeping customers happy by meeting and anticipating their needs is my super power. I’ve worked with small business and major corporations. My relationship building and de-escalation skills are superb. I’ve have experience in sales, sales retention, first line troubleshooting and customer onboarding. I’m looking to level up. 🤓 My goal for 2024 is to transfer my customer service skills to the tech industry.
