If 10,000 hours makes someone a master then folks you are looking at the G.O.A.T 🐐 of customer service. I have been working in customer service for well over 10 years. Keeping customers happy by meeting and anticipating their needs is my super power. I’ve worked with small business and major corporations. My relationship building and de-escalation skills are superb. I’ve have experience in sales, sales retention, first line troubleshooting and customer onboarding. I’m looking to level up. My goal for 2023 is to transfer my customer service skills to the tech industry. By landing a customer success position.
