Bio

My background is in strategic and innovation program management. I describe myself as a collaborative and value driven leader, with a passion for creating holistic plans that optimize enterprise visions and the customer experience. I feel that program management is responsible for ensuring that all teams understand the business strategy that guides the program. My recent roles emphasized leadership of cross-functional team, engaging stakeholders, aligning roadmaps for multiple products, coaching and mentoring team members on ways of working and ensuring that continuous improvement is part of the enterprise mindset. I created program tenants based on fostering enterprise awareness of customer centric thinking and the “why”, building strong stakeholder relationships and finding OKRs that support the business vision. I am adaptive, creative and strive to lead with curiosity and passion, balancing those attributes with governance and metrics needed to sustain programs. These strengths helped me develop a program guidance for multiple scrum teams at a large pharma company, mentor and coach teams to understand the agile workflow and value streams. I create opportunities to analyze value streams and understand where we can better utilize resources for the program.
