Serial entrepreneur with early start into the "internet world" in Jan 2000. I"ve survived the original DotCom Bust of 2001, taught ad agencies how to pitch online advertising & analytics since before advertisers had a budget for it. I"ve been a paper millionaire one day and broke the next. I"ve co-founded a successful ad agency and have been personally involved with 6 other startups in some C-level capacity. I"ve made every mistake imaginable while trying to build MyCircles from 2005-2020 and I"ve learned valuable lessons along the way. I welcome passing along those life-lessons to anyone they will help. Matters beyond our control forced us to cease development on MyCircles when the COVID pandemic of 2020 affected global markets. After returning to Florida International University in January 2020, Leon completed his BA in Organizational Communications in April 2021 with a 3.9 GPA and graduated with Honors as Summa Cum Laude. Leon then completed an MS in Global Strategic Communication, and as a Certified Florida Supreme Court Civil Mediator in December 2021 with a 4.0. From January 2021 - December 2021, Leon served as the Communications Fellow at Florida International University"s Ratcliffe Art + Design Incubator.
