Chisos Capital strategically invests in idea- and early-stage founders in a way that traditional VC and banks can’t. We invest 15-50k using a hybrid, founder-friendly financing vehicle called a Convertible Income Share Agreement. Essentially, this model effectively derisks early-stage investments, which enables us to invest in startups that might not fit traditional VC’s hyper-growth model, or may be too pre-traction for other investors.
