Our monthly events bring people together to openly discuss and share ideas with like-minded individuals. We welcome entrepreneurs of all types, start-ups of all sizes, industries, and stages to join us in finding the inspiration, resources, and friends that will make them successful.

Josh Bobrowsky is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ignitia Office. With over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience Josh is passionate about growing businesses and building environments where companies can thrive. He has over 8 years of experience with commercial and residential real estate. He earned a BA in psychology from West Virginia University & a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
Sean Black is the Founder an CEO of BLACKre. He is the former WeWork EVP of Real Estate, former Olympian, and current founder of BLACK., a real estate tech, transaction, and advisory firm. Sean brings over two decades of office strategy and leasing expertise from large multinational firms including WeWork, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and Newmark Knight Frank.
Philip Michael is a bestselling author, investor and real estate, developer. Since launching NYEG in 2016, Philip and his team have built the portfolio from a triplex to a $70M active development pipeline. NYEG’s portfolio includes the first minority-owned high rise in Jersey City’s McGinley Square, the first smart home student housing development in Philadelphia, WealthLAB.co, and an early-stage VC portfolio. He’s also a real estate expert on Black Enterprise, Entrepreneur.com and BiggerPockets.com.
Jeremy Bernard is the Head of Real Estate, NYC for Knotel where he oversees a rapidly expanding portfolio of 2.5M sq ft of flexible office space across 120+ locations in NYC. He is a serial entrepreneur who has conceived, built and operated several multi-million-dollar businesses at the intersection of tech and real estate. Prior to Knotel, Jeremy was the COO of Oasis Hospitality and founded a boutique real estate investment company that sourced and developed several opportunistic projects. Earlier in his career, Jeremy was a Partner at Fireman Capital Partners where he oversaw real estate acquisitions and dispositions for the family office of Paul Fireman (Founder/CEO of Reebok) and also held senior acquisition roles at Acadia Realty Trust.
