@Damian Clarke reminded me of the Value Proposition Canvas, a great (and free) tool for any startup. It's the heart of any business. This model was devised by Strategyzer, and you'll find a 5 minute video explaining the VPC below. This canvas is a component of the larger Business Model Canvas, which everyone should be familiar with. Strategyzer has videos on the BMC as well, on their YouTube channel. @Cameron Suorsa is very familiar with all of this as well. We've both spent many hours using these models in college 😅
