How to know if you got enough people on board to create your website? I appreciate the work done so far and know it is a big project but I am unsure how many people should be working on it like if I have enough or need more people. 

This will solve your problem.

1. How big is your project? 
Once you are able to grasp the complexity of your project, you will almost be able to figure out how many people you need to work on it.

2. When do you want it done?
How soon do you want the project to be completed and be ready for production?
Knowing this beforehand will surely give you a clear picture of the number of people you need.

3. Who is working on which feature?
I added this because most people tends to hire more people to the work of a single person. Try as much as possible to get rid of redundant workers for a feature or task that can be accomplished by one person.

I appreciate your comment. After much thought I feel that i have enough people for the frontend of the project I am doing now. The backend seems good now too, but might need people if we lack the skill for a certain task.
